Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Real Estate Financial
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manipulate complex financial cash flow models using Argus
Enterprise and Microsoft Excel
Manage transactions through the proposal and listing cycle while
analyzing real estate source documents
Develop disposition strategies and assist in producing property
offering memorandums
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
preferred
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate with intensive
Argus Enterprise use
Proven experience in abstracting lease agreements and building
complex retail cash flow models
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for the commercial real
estate industry
