Job Description:
A company is looking for a Network Engineer I to join their NOC
team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively monitor and maintain customer network
infrastructure
Create and manage tickets for network issues and troubleshoot
problems
Document network configurations and perform routine maintenance on
customer equipment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer/management information systems,
engineering, computer science, or equivalent, or relevant
experience
Experience with Layer 2 Ethernet switching, DHCP, DNS, and Linux
command line
Knowledge of Ethernet switching, IP routing, VoIP, and general
networking principles
1-3 years of experience in operating, troubleshooting, or designing
Internet Service Provider Networks
Preferred candidates will have worked in an NOC environment
