Job Description:
A company is looking for a Practice Director to lead the
Professional Services Implementation Team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of implementation consultants
while ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Manage relationships with third-party consultants and oversee
project execution to ensure successful delivery
Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes,
methodologies, and tools for efficiency and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing complex implementations involving
third-party consultants or vendors
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team
of professionals
Excellent project management skills and understanding of project
planning and resource management
Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on managing
expectations and ensuring satisfaction
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a
related field; relevant certifications are a plus
