Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Vice President, Compliance
Implementation with managed care experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support new market Medicaid expansions and existing market contract
implementations, including regulatory guidance and policy
drafting
Provide compliance assistance to operational teams for Medicare and
Marketplace line expansions
Draft quarterly status reports for leadership and direct compliance
reviews to assess implementation efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work
experience required
MBA or JD strongly preferred
Minimum of seven years of healthcare operations or clinical
experience, including three years in Government Program
products
Minimum of five years of Compliance Program leadership experience
or health plan quality program experience
Significant regulatory implementation experience required
