Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Operations Project Manager
to build and optimize research processes and manage a team of
analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team of analysts, providing coaching and
feedback
Establish and oversee survey programming, data collection, and data
cleaning processes
Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with
stakeholders to optimize workflows
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of leadership or people management experience
4+ years of experience as a mixed-methods researcher
Experience with research tools like Qualtrics and statistical
software
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
