A company is looking for a Director, Global Proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the global proposal team processes from strategy to
submission
Develop and implement best practices and tools to enhance proposal
management efficiency
Mentor and develop a high-performing proposal team while overseeing
performance management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of relevant experience in bid management
3-5 years of people management experience
Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task
Working knowledge of Responsive proposal development software and
Salesforce preferred
