Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to support the design and execution of enablement initiatives for its global Marketing, Sales, and Customer Outcomes teams.
Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of scalable cross-functional enablement programs for GTM teams, focusing on Commercial Account Executives and Account Managers
Assist in the development and delivery of training and certification programs for consistency and effectiveness across GTM teams
Leverage data and analytics to identify KPIs and contribute to targeted enablement programs that enhance GTM team effectiveness

Required Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in enablement, sales, GTM operations, or leadership development
Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
Highly organized and process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Familiarity with sales methodologies and enablement best practices
Experience applying adult learning methodologies to design and evaluate learning experiences
