for product creation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire software design teams, ensuring high design
excellence across platforms
Define and drive the creative vision for software experiences that
align with the company's mission
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate design into product
development cycles
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or a related field;
advanced degree preferred
Portfolio demonstrating excellence in UI and UX across relevant
industries
Extensive experience leading design teams as a function head or
head of design
Deep understanding of the tech industry, with experience in
wearable technologies or health-related products
Expertise in designing AI-powered experiences and knowledge of
enabling technologies
