A company is looking for an IT Demand Management Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the IT demand intake and prioritization process to optimize
resource allocation and align with business objectives
Lead a committee to make informed decisions regarding project
execution based on assessed value and resource capacity
Continuously refine demand intake and prioritization methodologies
to enhance efficiency and improve predictability
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in a related field
3 years of portfolio management experience
3 years of experience managing project plans using Microsoft
Project or similar software
3 years of experience documenting business processes with Microsoft
Visio or similar software
Healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred
