• Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support: As required. AHA only.
• BLS - Basic Life Support: AHA only. Not required for MLT or SPT.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support: As required. AHA only.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure: As required.
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course: As required.
• Tech Cert Verification - National: CL please refer to the Allied Licensure Report in NOVA for Qualifying all Allied Professionals (anything non-RN, LPN).
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement: For Aya: Aya HIPAA Required. For Subcontractors: Either signed Lotus HIPAA form (preferred) OR Core testing is acceptable.
• State License 1 Verification: Required - Primary Source Verification.
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP): Nursys verification required as applicable (required for all RNs).
• NIH Stroke Certification: Required for all RNs and LPN/LVNs regardless of unit.
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute: Required based on the cost center.
