    • Job Requirements
    • Licensure: OH RN or compact RN
    • Primary Source Verification required
    • RNs must have an active single state or compact license with no board action
    • Physical exam required for all candidates and must state candidate is clear to work as their assignment specifies without restrictions
    • Negative 12 Panel Drug screen required within 30 days of start (No specific panels, must be a 12 panel)
    • Background Check required prior to start
    • 2 positive professional references addressing the work history in the similar experience to pending assignment
    • Application must include 3 years prior work history including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to pending assignment

      • Block scheduling is granted on a case by case basis
        • Additional Details
        • Government issued photo ID required
        • Must carry a valid government issued photo ID while on assignment
        • Required for all candidates within 6 months of start
