Estimated payment breakdown-$2486.00-$2726.00/wk*-$1240.00-$1480.00
in weekly taxable income-$31.00/hr-$37.00/hr*Estimate assumes an 8
hour shift. Hourly rate may change based on shift length.-$1246.00

seasonal/annual adjustmentsPhysical Therapist needed for acute
setting in Point Pleasant, WV!Setting information: Swing and Acute
Care focused.-- Chance to help out in Outpatient as needed, but
Swing and Acute is the need13 week assignment with high probability
of extension offer.Average Daily Patients: 8-10 per dayShift:
Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM, potential weekend coverage for swing,
but infrequentInformation System Type: ReDoc and Meditech Expanse -
Will train as needed.Staff Size: 2-FT -PTs; 1- PRN- PT; 7-FT PTAs;
1-PT-PTAJob responsibilities: Evaluation and Treatment Skilled
(Swing), Acute Care, and Outpatient patients of all age ranges. How
many days of training/orientation are required prior to start?
1-Day Hospital Orientation and 1- day departmental orientation.
Dress Code: Medical Uniforms (Scrubs) or business casual (i.e.
khakis and polo).Position: TherapistSpecialty/Modality: Physical
TherapyLicenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State
