  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience
  • WV/Compact RN License (pending acceptable)
  • BCLS certification (ACLS, NIH preferred)
  • Skills: Telemetry, IV Start, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitro, Argatroban, Amiodarone, Dopamine (renal perfusion only), CPMs, Orthopat, Constavac, Hemovac, Wound Vacs, traction Details:
    • Patient ratios: 1:4, occasionally 1:5
    • Team nursing model
    • Orientation: 16 hours
    • Shift options: 36 or 48 hours, every other weekend required
