Job Description:
A company is looking for a US Immigration Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support and strategy for U.S. business immigration
services from initial contact through petition filing
Review and approve submissions prepared by Immigration Specialists
and guide them in their work
Conduct training sessions for internal teams on immigration law
updates and best practices
Qualifications and Requirements
JD with admission to any U.S. state bar
Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. business immigration,
focusing on high-volume NIV and IV filings
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and
manage multiple projects
High level of professionalism in handling sensitive information
Proficiency in technology relevant to the role
