Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Implementation Specialist to
support users of a collaboration portal.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new users to the portal through demonstrations and training
sessions
Troubleshoot issues and identify areas for process improvement
Assist with testing new features and support special projects
related to the tool
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years management experience
Minimum of 3 years of project management or operations
experience
Intermediate Excel skills
Experience leading training sessions and webinars
