Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I responsible
for managing the loss mitigation process for mortgage loan
borrowers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls with delinquent mortgage loan
borrowers regarding loss mitigation options and foreclosure
Document consumer interactions and provide information on loss
mitigation approvals, declines, and foreclosure processes
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal control
standards while promoting a diverse environment
Required Qualifications
A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience,
including at least 1 year in collections or customer service
Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the
phone
Excellent customer service skills
