Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agency Account Specialist to support
its network of partners and ensure agency success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of small to mid-sized agency accounts,
ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for agency principals and
their top agents, addressing needs and resolving concerns
efficiently
Drive daily active usage among agency partners by proactively
engaging and guiding them through the company's products and
services
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in account management, customer success,
product support, or a similar client-facing role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
accounts
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and workflows
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
A passion for helping small businesses grow
