A company is looking for a Junior IT Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Support project managers and organize daily activities to meet
project deadlines
Document meeting minutes, project actions, and maintain project
notes
Coordinate project resources and assist in preparing project
materials
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of IT project coordination experience
Experience supporting multiple project managers and managing
priorities across projects
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office tools and project management
software
Fluency in Portuguese, both spoken and written
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
