Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Services Representative for
the 2nd Shift and Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and address calls from clients regarding their needs
related to the 360 platform programs
Research and resolve client inquiries while maintaining strong
relationships and ensuring a positive experience
Handle complex complaints and escalate issues to management as
necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; some college education preferred
4+ years in Call Center Service or Client Advocacy preferred
2+ years of experience in Sales, financial or banking sectors, or
home improvement preferred
Spanish bilingual preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
