Lead Validation Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Validation Engineer to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications through testing and collaboration with development teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, document, and track defects and issues
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and identify potential risks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in software quality assurance
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, particularly Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Quality Center
